For a casually elegant, Italian inspired dining experience at the Biltmore, there is Fontana, named after the resort’s lushly landscaped fountain. Indoors the atmosphere is created by a gleaming, bustling open kitchen and a cool and soothing décor of marble, copper and earth tones. Elaborate arrangements and the famous Sunday Brunch add flashes of color.
