In South Florida, the name Elysze Held is synonymous with style. As founder and president of the Miami fashion consulting firm, Style Out of the City, celebrity stylist Held is a veteran in the fashion industry. She is the "Couture Concierge"(personal shopper) for Ritz Carlton Hotel, was seen shopping in the film "IRIS" with Style Icon Iris Apfel; is the stylist for South Florida's entertainment news show, Deco Drive (co-host Lynn Martinez) and has dressed international celebrities, CEO's, socialites & soccer moms alike. Elysze has been featured as a style expert on Style segments and articles for FOX/WSVN 7; CBS 4;Miami Modern Luxury, Ocean Drive and Brickell Magazine. Based in South Florida, Elysze is a producer at NYFW- and works with private clients to personalize an exceptional wardrobe. Social Styles: Painting the Town RED

Stylist Elysze Held joined the partygoers at the American Red Cross Ball, one of South Florida’s most prestigious social fundraising events painted the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne shades of crimson—the posh fundraising event to benefit the American Red Cross featuring exquisite food, elegant décor, music and dancing—and of courses fabulous styles! Chaired this year by Sid and Linda Goldberg, this annual ball was started in 1982 by a group of socially prominent women volunteers and every year, this recognized event is attended by over 500 prominent and affluent leaders of the South Florida social and corporate communities.

The month of March in the magic city that is Miami always starts with a bang with the Annual Vizcaya Preservation Luncheon sponsored by YVEL Jewelry and Shapoh hats (also know as THE HAT LUNCHEON!). Stylist Elysze Held captured yet again a few of the outstanding stylish looks and of course the trends happening for Spring in Miami at events such as the long awaited The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis/Buoniconti Fund’s Destination Fashion at Bal Harbour Shops; The “Be a Kid Again” Gala for Miami Children’s Museum; the Premiere of Miami City Ballet’s masterful “Midsummer Night’s Dream” featuring the artistry of Michele Oka Doner; The Supper Club at PAMM; The Opening Night of the Opera Gallery in the Design District and the Little Dreams’ Foundation event at Tom Ford Boutique.

Social Styles: A Fabulous February

The month of February for Miami’s social fashion-loving set was nothing short of spectacular. Stylist Elysze Held attended the top soirees in town before heading off to New York Fashion Week. The Fairchild Gala in the Garden was ethereal in an exquisite setting, befitting its theme of Starry Starry Night. At the annual Wine Women and Shoes extravaganza, there were sirens, divas, and a fashion show featuring Oscar Carvallo. The 12 Good Men to be honored next month at the Ronald McDonald House Annual Luncheon were en mass at the kick off reception held at the Coconut Grove Gallery. But it was at the “Met Ball of the Southeast—the Bass Ball” that brought out a collective virtuoso surrealist spirit force of eclectic individuality!
