Cristina Mas is the Owner and Founder of CIM Consulting, a company that allows her pursue a love for social entrepreneurship and positive growth. Today, she helps Miami’s top leaders and organizations to connect – across various platforms – and promote and grow their business in innovative ways each day. Mas has launched some of the city's most innovative developments and impacting initiatives. Mas also continues to pursue her love for charitable activism. She sits on the Board of The Underline and is a Trustee for the Cuban American National Foundation and was most recently chosen as the youngest inductee into the Inner Circle of Twelve by the American Cancer Society and featured as a Miami Today Achiever. She attended Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart and graduated from Loyola University.

Kristi House, Empowering the Community to Empower the Children

Empowerment is a theme resonating with me on a personal level. That’s because it’s usually born out of adversity and life challenges -- everyone has those. CIM Partner Frances Alban helped to make sure that empowerment was at the core of this year’s Breaking the Silence Luncheon – the annual fundraiser for local non-profit Kristi House, the Children’s Advocacy Center for Miami-Dade County dedicated to providing a healing environment for child victims of abuse and their families.

FitBit Miami Marathon Breaks Records

When a city as spread out as Miami takes on a race the size of the 17th Annual FitBit Miami Marathon, you know the city is in store for magical moments. Just last Sunday, on January 27th, this amazing event brought over 20,000 people to Mana Wynwood for two days of Expo and Bayfront Park on Race Day. Countless hours and hundreds of volunteers worked diligently to ensure that our city gave all runners the best experience possible, and it’s hard to imagine that anyone was less than elated.
