St. Thomas University recently celebrated its 50th anniversary with a Jubilee dinner-dance that presented its rich heritage and future plans. More than 700 guests danced the night away at the Fernandez Family Center for Leadership and Wellness, cheered around an enormous anniversary cake and enjoyed the exquisite menu by Mena Catering. Following Archbishop Thomas Wenski’s and Monsignor Franklyn M. Casale’s address, videos shown on a giant screen presented the University’s rich legacy and future plans, among them a new School of Pharmacy, a “Student Village” and a Center for Global Justice and Peace.
