Miami Children’s Museum celebrated their annual Be a Kid Again Gala with over 500 attendees who had their martinis “shaken, not stirred” at the James Bond themed celebration. Nearly $1 million was raised to support the Museum’s educational programming! Premier and Presenting Sponsors included The Fairholme Foundation, Dr. Brigitt Rok & Alan Potamkin along with Jeff & Yolanda Berkowitz and Miami Marlins. The event featured both a silent and live auction; live auction pieces included a Navy Seal experience, Aston Martin 007 Race Adventure in Sonoma, 2015 Jaguar F-TYPE convertible, courtesy of The Collection and a custom portrait by renowned artist Romero Britto. Guests enjoyed an unforgettable performance by “America’s #1 Party Band”, Party on the Moon while playing charitable games of baccarat, poker and roulette. Chairman Jeff Berkowitz honored 2015 Gala Chairs Richard & Susan Lampen and Adam & Jackie Malamed and presented a special thank you to Honorary Chairs Alonzo & Tracy Mourning! One of the best attended galas, guests danced into the Gala after Party with beats by DJ Zog.
