Life as Captured by Social Scribe Allison Weiss Brady
HAMPTON OPEN PICKLEBALL TO BENEFIT RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE NEW YORK
One of the most fun events of the summer was organized by Hamptonite and entrepreneur Holden Lipton. With support from Aquarian Holdings, Hamptons magazine, and NY Mets Hall-of-Famer John Franco, guests competed in a pickleball tournament and shopped for cool merchandise from brands including LoveShackFancy, Trish McEvoy, A.L.C., and more. The event benefitted the Ronald McDonald House New York.
Adding additional bling to the retail event were Miami jewelry designers/sisters Emily and Ashley Green of Emily & Ashley. The duo is known for selling gorgeous baubles directly to consumers and participates in Miami-based charity driven events including Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Healthy Bella’s Foundation, and Beaux Arts. Their chic pieces are loved by Miami’s top fashionistas. Top selling pieces at the event included gorgeous turquoise rings and name plate diamond necklaces inspired by Sarah Jessica Parker from her new TV show And Just Like That…
And just like that Hamptons summer season ends. Now back to the magic that Miami has to offer…
GIVENCHY PLAGE COLLECTION POP-UP
Miami-loved brand Givenchy celebrated its Plage Collection pop-up at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton. Attended by Givenchy President of the Americas Valerie Leon, fashion stylist Rachel Zoe, supermodels Molly Sims and Christie Brinkley, content creator Sai de Silva, fashion and lifestyle digital creator Coco Bassey, and DJ Mei Kwok, where guests enjoyed signature cocktails and a coastal-inspired menu by Jean-Goerges at Topping Rose. Givenchy transformed the iconic location into an immersive installation of Givenchy Plage, a capsule that blends the glamour of Le Clos Fiorentina- Monsieur de Givenchy’s Riviera retreat and the California roots of Creative Director Matthew M. Williams. Daring cut-outs, delicate macrame, linen separates, and sporty twists on heritage prints define a new elegance, with an easy going, yet elegant art de vivre perfect for summering in the Hamptons.

CALISSA’S SUMMER NIGHTS
Considered the “Mykonos of the Hamptons,” Calissa, meaning “most beautiful” in Greek, lives up to the hype. This year-round restaurant and hotspot in Water Mill was the place to dine and dance this summer. Menu favorites including watermelon salad, wild salmon, and lobster pasta, as well as specialty Greek desserts, this indoor and outdoor space is your one-stop place for fine dining and entertainment. With celebrity guest performances as part of the establishment’s Calissa Sounds by Wyclef Jean and also by co-owner James Mallios aka DJ Malwah rocking the house, no wonder Miami investor Wayne Boich ( known for his fabulous Art Basel parties at his waterfront home on Miami Beach), and Bravo’s Summer House TV stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke were spotted there this summer.
