Now in its 29th year, the American Red Cross Ball moves to downtown Miami to the newly built, exquisitely appointed JW Marriott Marquis. The American Red Cross Ball is the cannot-miss event of the social calendar, with more than 400 prominent and influential community leaders and philanthropists in attendance for a night of elegance, delectable cuisine, graceful decor, music and dancing.

Since 1982, the Red Cross Ball has been established as one of Miami’s most prestigious social fundraising events. In 2010, the American Red Cross Ball raised more than $540,000 in support of the local disaster response programs and lifesaving courses offered by the American Red Cross in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. The Ball was chaired by Miami philanthropists Trist and Dan Bell and was emceed by WPLG 10 anchor Laurie Jennings.

Frances and Eugenio Sevilla-Sacasa will be the chairpersons of the 2011 American Red Cross Ball.
