37th Annual Informed Families Dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab
Over 400 guests attended the event raising money to support safe, healthy and drug-free kids.
The 37th Annual Informed Families/The Florida Family Partnership Fundraising Dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab was celebrated recently by generous donors who enjoyed Joe’s world famous claws in support of safe, healthy and drug free kids. Over 400 guests attended the dinner, which included Joe’s signature stone crabs, coleslaw, hash browns, key lime pie and legendary service. This year the celebration honored Mary Eaton, one of the founding Board Members of Informed Families, and one of the co-creators of our now legendary Joe’s Stone Crab Dinners. Eaton died unexpectedly from a fall on New Year’s Day. The event was kicked-off with an intimate “Toast to Mary,” where her family and close friends paid tribute to her. Among those were Karyn and Stuart Grossman, long-time supporters and dear friends of Mary Eaton, who chaired the event. Close to $275,000 was raised and will go toward supporting Informed Families’ statewide prevention campaigns and initiatives.
