Developers Pablo Hoberman, Alex Rakover and Flavio Rossato presented 6080 Collins Avenue Beach House, a new six-story select-service Hotel Residence Mid-beach on Collins Avenue at their launch event at the Nespresso Boutique on Lincoln Road. Over 150 guests attended including top real estate brokers, city officials, and the media.
“We love this project”, said John Sandberg, Director of Luxury Sales of the Sandberg Nortmann Group, a Douglas Elliman group, “and the reason we are passionate about it is very simple – it’s on the last parcel of land left in Mid-Beach; the Streamline Moderne Design the Charles Benson group is executing is authentic to Miami Beach; and the value is outstanding.
“6080 Collins Avenue Beach House is ideal for the first time vacation home buyer and for the investor who wants to position Miami in their real estate portfolio”, added Ann Nortmann, Senior Project Manager. “It’s a condotel with one of the most generous revenue sharing programs for owners that we have seen.”
The event underscored the developers’ committed, long term relationship with Miami and the Beaches. Supporting local businesses and the arts, caterer Lyon & Lyon, MPRG audio visual, and a Young Arts prodigy, were contracted for the event. Nespresso Boutique’s Ecolaboration™ program inspired the partnership with the venue.
