Baptist Health Foundation has named Eris Thomas, CEO and President of Coral Gables Executive Physicians, as the chair of the 7th Annual Pineapple Sauté and Sip Host Committee. Guests at the interactive dinner, which will take place Saturday, May 3, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at the JW Marriott Marquis, will cook alongside celebrity chefs. Funds raised will benefit Baptist Health Breast Center CareCoach and Genetic Testing Programs.

“This year, our guests will have the opportunity to interact with an exciting lineup of locally and internationally renowned chefs,” said Thomas. “Guests will be part of all the magic that goes into recreating the recipes provided by the celebrity chefs, while helping and supporting Baptist Health breast cancer patients and advancements in care.” Thomas is a community leader with a passion for raising funds for organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade and is active with business organizations through her work with The Beacon Council and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. “We are delighted to count on Eris Thomas’ support and commitment to raising awareness for the center and bringing hope to breast cancer patients,” commented Patricia Rosello, CEO of Baptist Outpatient Services. “We have no doubt that Eris will take the Sauté & Sip experience to a new level.”
