Urban Promise Miami Young Professional Holiday Happy Hour
Over 250 young professionals attended the 6th Annual Young Professionals Holiday Happy Hour at the Clevelander at Marlins Park. Cristina Mas started this event with the notion that most young professionals don’t actually intermingle outside of their immediate network. Wrong! And it was obvious that the Tuesday of Basel gets lots of traction because people have the itch to go out.
Every year an unaffiliated charity is selected to receive the proceeds from this event. This year the Happy Hour guests supported Urban Promise Miami, a group that works to form a safe and supportive environment to equip Miami’s inner city children and young adults with the necessary skills to attain academic achievement, life management, and leadership skills.
