“La Fille mal Gardée”, (The Poorly Guarded Girl), celebrates the pastoral lives of 18 h Century France, where love triumphs over material wealth. This fun comic ballet is about a young precocious girl named Lise whose mother tries her best to keep her at home as she wants to marry her off.
