The Bay Harbor Islands Arts Festival is back for its third year, bringing art, culture, and community. The festival is free and open to the public. It is a family and pet-friendly event for all to enjoy more than 60 local artists, live performances, delicious craft food and drinks, interactive family activities, and much more.
