JARANA welcomes Chef Valerie Chang of Maty’s, the winner of the 2024 James Beard Award for Best Chef South. Chef Valerie is a proud Peruvian chef from the city of Chiclayo, known for her expertise in traditional Peruvian flavors with a contemporary twist. For this special collaboration at JARANA, Chef Valeria will be working alongside JARANA’s Executive Chef Martha Palacios.
