Donna Mare Italian Chophouse – a culinary gem inside the Cadillac Hotel – is serving old-school Italian cuisine against a modern backdrop filled with the Miami vibrance of electric music, eliminating the need to choose between a chic night out and a traditional meal. Equal parts trendy and timeless, the restaurant is anchored by an olive tree of Italy, surrounded by plush, velvet green couches, warm woods and crisp white table clothes.
The Miami Spice menu stands out, starting with Crostino con Burrata, with tomato confit, olive tapenade and basil infused oil. Don’t miss the Wild Arugula Salad with lemon and evoo or the Calamari Fritti, lightly breaded with lemon aioli.
For mains, the Spicy Rigatoni is prepared with a seven-tomato creamy vodka sauce, Calabrian chili and parmigiano Reggiano. The Salmon Puttanesca is served with broccolini aglio e olio and the Chicken Cotoletta has gold potato cacio e pepe and tomato crudaiola.
Dessert offering include a perfect mound formation of the pastel green colored mint-infused Panna Cotta, Semolina Cake al Miele, which is manages to be both crumbly and creamy.
