Slow Food Miami’s Snail of Approval Tasting Party brings together dozens of the city’s top chefs and local growers and producers for a night of tasting and honoring Miami’s food scene. General admission tickets: $100 p/p, and $750 sponsor tickets that include a garden box for a school, early entry at 6:30 p.m. and a signed copy of Helene Henderson’s cookbook.
