Andrew Lue Wins Miami’s Most Imaginative Bartender
Miami’s Andrew Lue (Sugar, East Hotel) was chosen as the regional winner of the 11th Annual Most Imaginative Bartender Competition presented by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin. Andrew beat out top mixologists from Miami showcasing the artistry that goes into making an imaginative cocktail. This summer, Andrew and 11 other top mixologists from across North America will head to England – the home of Bombay Sapphire and its Laverstoke Distillery – to vie for the 2017 North American title. The Miami competition was held at Beaker & Gray where Andrew and his “Uncharted Territory” cocktail was named “Most Imaginative” based on appearance, aroma, imagination, and taste.
