Cheryl Little Honored For Immigrant Advocacy
At its 6th Annual Celebration for Black History Month, delancyhill P.A. hosted a reception to honor attorney Cheryl Little for her unwavering advocacy on behalf of Haitian refugees and other immigrants from the African Diaspora. For nearly two decades Little has tirelessly advocated for immigrant rights and has become one of this country’s leading experts in the field of immigration. Since 1996, she has served as the Executive Director of Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center, Inc., an agency she co-founded. The reception, held at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens, raised funds to support local organizations working to provide relief to Haitian earthquake victims.
