Chefs With A Purpose
Eggwhites Special Event Catering took part in this year’s Chefs with a Purpose event that took place at the Intercontinental Miami Hotel to raise funds for the International Firefighter Assistance (IFA) and victims of the massive earthquake in Haiti. IFA teaches emergency responders and private citizens the necessary skills needed to deal with emergencies and how to better prepare for disasters. Eggwhite’s Chef de Cuisine Pierre Pierilien prepared his signature Shrimp Creole. This event was particularly special for him since he still has family residing in Haiti.
