Edward Villella And Mcb Supporters Honored
GRAFF at Bal Harbour Shops honored Edward Villella, Founding Artistic Director and CEO of Miami City Ballet, along with 13 exceptional women whose dedication, vision and philanthropic spirit have made Miami sparkle on the world stage. Villella danced for Presidents Kennedy, Nixon and Ford and is the recipient of the National Medal of Arts; yet his proudest professional accomplishment has been the creation of Miami City Ballet. Joining him in GRAFF’s tribute were co-founder Toby Lerner Ansin and supporters Audre Mendel Carlin, Nancy Jean Davis, Swanee DiMare, Lora Drasner, Bobi Eroncig, Michele Herbert, Roni Jacobson, Gerri Lebow, Ophelia Roca, Rosalind Richter, Renee Delaplaine Rodgers and Diane Siegel.
