The 20th Annual Melton Mustafa Jazz Festival Brings Big Band Swing Back to Overtown with three days of events at the Historic Lyric Theater Cultural Arts Complex. Tickets are $10-$100. February 24, 6-10 p.m.; February 25, 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m., February 26, 5 -10 p.m. The Melton Mustafa Jazz Festival is celebrating 20 years of live Jazz music in Miami!!!
