SocialMiami Celebrates with Epicure and Artist Stephen Gamson
SocialMiami celebrated their 10th anniversary in grand style at Epicure Gourmet Market and Café in Sunny Isles Beach. The gourmet market with more than 60 years of tradition in Miami utilized their indoor/outdoor venue magnificently to accommodate the more than 800 party attendees. Artist Stephen Gamson was also a participant in the festivities as he signed posters that he custom designed for the event.
SocialMiami.com was started 10 years ago by Melanie Cohen and has since grown into the definitive social portal for the Greater Miami area, as evidenced by the tremendous turnout. Epicure went well beyond anything that could be expected as they transformed their market into a relative treasure trove of delicacies with food stations throughout the entire store, passed hors d’oeuvres, more than 1000 desserts and multiple bars inside and out.
The bash was a true celebration comprised of fabulous Miamians who have grown to appreciate the continuous service that has been provided to them for a decade, even before email newsletters and social media were household words.
And as SocialMiami continues on into another decade of service, they will stay constant in their mission to promote, document and support the very best that Miami has to offer.
