A-rod Brings Holiday Cheer To Boys & Girls Clubs
New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) and A-Rod Corp. made the holidays happier for 250 children of Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade, presenting age-appropriate gifts to Boys & Girls Clubs members at the Hank Kline Club’s Teen Center. As a child, A-Rod attended the Hank Kline Club and participated in its baseball program. He remained a member of the club until the day he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners. A-Rod and the A-Rod Corp. family of companies, Newport Property Construction and Monument Capital Management, underwrote holiday parties for Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade with food stations, bounce houses, face-painting, arts & crafts, visits with Santa and more.
