Behind the Magic’s Gala TableScape & Culinary Showcase

Kick off the 2016-2017 social season with SocialMiami.com and Source Miami, and preview new and unique gala trends – from gorgeously dressed tables created by event design companies to signature bites served by top catering companies.

Private Key, Miami’s newest and most versatile event venue located at 567 N.W. 27th Street, Miami, is opening its 10,000 square foot space, for the two-day event. It’s centrally located in Miami’s burgeoning Wynwood Art District, and both on-street parking and valet parking will be available. With its state-of-the-art sound equipment and mapping capabilities with panoramic video screens for larger-than-life projections, Private Key offers endless possibilities for orchestrating the perfect event experience.

Event production for Behind the Magic is in the capable hands of Adam Haas and 3 Pillars Events, a full service entertainment, production and event management company. Covering everything from evening planning, lighting, entertainment and décor, 3 Pillars is a one-stop shop for creating custom events. 3 Pillars will be providing lighting, and DJ entertainment and more for the event.

The source in South Florida for over 30 years for tents, tables and chairs, linens, china, glassware and flatware, plus lounge furniture and bars, Panache Classic Party Rentals will be on hand to provide all the party gear. The wide selection of all types of rentals at Panache and their vast experience will make your event dreams come true.

Staffing Behind the Magic will be Art Food Staffing Agency with its experienced and personable personnel, and Manny Hernandez will be on hand with his photo booth and taking photos of gala chairs and guests alike.
