Auberge Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale Debut

Dan Marino made another score, this time in real estate. The former Dolphins quarterback and NFL hall of famer purchased a unit at Auberge Beach Residences & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. The project is already an enormous success, boasting the highest prices ever on pre-construction condo residences in the market, and offering the only purchase opportunity for on-the-sand luxury living in Fort Lauderdale. This week saw the grand opening of the Auberge sales gallery in which Marino made an appearance amongst other VIPs, local influencers and about 300 excited guests. Event attendees were given a complete Auberge brand immersion experience: two Auberge chefs crafted signature menu items served with carefully selected Napa wines. Guests were also treated to sweeping views of the Atlantic from the deck of the sales gallery, which is situated directly on the beach and filled with 15 new installations of fine art, including a multi-million-dollar monumental bronze sculpture, La Maternidad, by Fernando Botero. The exclusive event also featured Will Meyer and Gray Davis, the NYC-based interior designers commissioned to create a one-of-a-kind concept that celebrates understated luxury and complements the natural setting with a feeling of effortless elegance. President and CEO of The Related Group, Jorge Perez, reminded guests that Fort Lauderdale, which has been making headlines lately as a real estate hotspot, has long been known as the “Venice of the Americas, at a third of the price of similar properties in Miami Beach” and is the perfect place for this special project.
