On Saturday, February 8, 2014, Baptist Children’s Hospital will celebrate its Hall of Dreams Gala – a celebration like none other. Both adults and children are cordially invited to attend this unique black-tie event at which all of their dreams can come true.
A fun-filled reception and silent auction will be followed by dinner and dancing. Throughout the evening, guests can dream the impossible: Would you like to be an astronaut? How about a teacher, doctor, famous singer, baseball or basketball star? Everything will be possible at the Baptist Children’s Hospital “Hall of Dreams” Gala.
More than 350 business and community leaders and their children and grandchildren are expected at the black-tie affair.
Lani and Gene Drody are co-chairing the gala with Cristina & Matthew Sullivan and Gina & Peter Gardner.
Proceeds from the gala will be used by Baptist Children’s Hospital Foundation specifically for the Children’s Cancer Caring Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Children’s Emergency Care Center. At Baptist Children’s Hospital, more than 200 pediatricians and 100 pediatric subspecialists, backed by pediatric-trained nurses and support personnel, offer their expertise in nearly every field, providing healthcare services to children from birth to age 18.
