Behind the Magic: A Grand Gathering
2016-2017 Gala Chairs Meet & Mingle
Gala chairs and committee members kicked off the 2016-2017 social season and celebrated SocialMiami’s 10th Annual Gala Guide at Behind the Magic’s Gala Tablescape and Culinary Art Showcase. The event, an exclusive reception for non-profit leaders, brought together community personalities, non-profit staff members and professionals representing event design firms, production companies and caterers to enjoy unique event ideas for the coming season.
Supporters of many of South Florida’s top charities mingled amid the beautifully designed gala tables and enjoyed signature menu items provided by leading caterers. They socialized, talked “shop,” and enthusiastically touted their upcoming special events.
A highlight of the evening was the drawing for one non-profit to win $5,000. The winning organization was Beaux Arts, who will use the funds to invite and transport students from local schools to the 66th Annual Beaux Arts Festival taking place in January.
