BLT Steak

The Grand Opening of The Betsy Hotel was celebrated by more than 600 guests with Chef Laurent Tourondel sharing the distinctive style and tastes of his signature restaurant BLT Steak. The estate-like destination echoes the inspiration and conversation of a cultural salon, providing a gentle energy and fresh contrast to the South Beach experience. Guests mingled among comfortable interiors specially designed by Perdersoli and Santoro, enjoying tastes of Tourondel’s New York Strip Steak, Red Snapper and Roasted Lamb, as well as a variety of raw bar offerings, cheeses and desserts.
