In an ongoing effort to support the community’s abused, neglected and homeless children and teens, Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services Inc., Miami-Dade’s only 24-hour emergency shelter for at-risk youth, will proudly present its annual gala on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at the JW Marriott Marquis. The vibrant rooftop event, Bridge to the Stars, Notte di Carnevale, is inspired by the enchanting sights and sounds of the storied Carnival of Venice. It will be an evening of dancing, live entertainment and cuisine, and guests will enjoy a silent auction filled with big-ticket items.

There are levels of giving with names that are inspired by Venetian masks: “Bauta” – $20,000; “Columbina” – $10,000; “Moretta” – $7,500; “Volto” – $5,000; “Pantalone” – $2,500; and “Zanni” – $1,000. Individual tickets are $150. Attire is “Miami chic.”

David Efron, Esquire and Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle
