Elizabeth Resnick dines at Swan Miami to kick off the Pegasus World Cup
Miami’s usual sunny sky was a no show last week but inside Swan Miami there were plenty of Miami’s finest and brightest dressed women celebrating the kickoff of Pegasus World Cup. Executed by Vanessa Menkes Public Relations, the luncheon was hosted by Suzy Buckley, Marysol Patten, Hadley Henriette of Neiman Marcus Bal Harbor and Rachel Russell Saiger. Guests were welcomed to the Design District restaurant with glasses of rosé and invited to shop SHAPOH, Miami Socialite Buckley’s fabulous Kentucky Derby style hat collection. Once seated, Henriette of Neiman Marcus spoke of the colorful fashions to mimic when at the races and announced a special competition for best dressed at the actual Pegasus event. (The winner will receive a fabulous Nieman Marcus shopping spree!) Ladies dined on salmon tartare and spinach and pomegranate salad to start followed by grilled chicken and sautéed scallops, caramelized brussels, petit frites, and an indulgent stuffed gnocchi as a main course. Other fashionable females in attendance included Ayana Boucher, Alicia Peresteris, SocialMiami editor Brett Graff, Carol Iacovelli, Dana Shear, Dorris Richards, and Morgan Shara. Guests were asked to bring in a gift for Style Saves to support a child in need this holiday season. Pegasus will be Saturday January 25, 2020. See you at the Races!
