Hotel Intercontinental Miami
CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women) members and top business leaders gathered at the Hotel Intercontinental in Downtown for a panel discussion titled, “Spheres of Influence: How foreign investors are impacting South Florida’s economy.” The hour-long roundtable featured some of the biggest names in South Florida’s business landscape, including Tere Blanca (Cushman & Wakefield), Neisen Kasdin (shareholder at Akerman Senterfitt and former mayor of Miami Beach), and Miroslav Mladenovic (Cabi Developers). The panelists discussed the unique needs of international clients, current trends across several sectors, as well as prospects for future growth. The mission of CREW is to advance the success of women in commercial real estate by achieving parity in opportunity, influence and power.
