Earth Friendly Halloween Decorations
Earth friendly Halloween decorations adorned the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Longtime volunteer Bev Murphy decorated Fairchild with her spooky and playful hand-made Halloween decorations. Mrs. Murphy has been creating works of Halloween art for Fairchild for five years and has been making decorative display art for over 20 years. Her wonderful and whimsical work is made of found plant materials like coconut palm inflorescences, royal palm leaf bases and anything else Bev can gather that looks as though it could have a second life as a ghost, goblin or witch. She has created over 300 Halloween decorations and logged thousands of volunteer hours for Fairchild. Bev is a true boo-tanical artist!
