For going on 14 years, Camillus House is proud to present The Auction: Uncork & Unwind, Miami’s most exclusive spring fundraiser. The Loews Coral Gables Hotel will be the backdrop to this one-of-a-kind wine and dine event that features an amazing gourmet dinner prepared by the one and only James Beard award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein with hilarious entertainment by Pulitzer Prize-Winning Author & Humorist Dave Barry. The Auction is as lively with the incredibly diverse array of fabulous wines, jewelry, travel, and lifestyle silent and live auction items as it is decadent with the special collection of wines to be savored at the event.
