The Kiwanis of Little Havana is set to host its 39th Annual Christmas Gala, with support from BMW, Bacardi, Coca-Cola, AT&T and Heineken. Proceeds from the annual fundraising event will benefit various Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation projects, including “A Toy for Every Child” and “Adopt-a-Family” holiday initiatives, as well as the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation Future Leaders Through Education Scholarship Fund. Guests will dance to the rhythm of live performances by internationally renowned Grammy-award winner, legendary Cuban-American music icon and past King of Carnaval Miami (1993) Willy Chirino, Grammy-award winning Cuban-music sensation and past Queen of Carnaval Miami (2005) Albita, along with 80s disco-diva and queen of freestyle, Shannon. Attendees will also enjoy an open bar and buffet stations featuring local cuisine. Formal attire will be strictly enforced.
