Cocktails and Conversations will begin with a cocktail reception at Emily Perl-Kingsley at 8:45 p.m. She is a writer for Sesame Street where she has received numerous awards and nominations. She is a mother of a child with Down Syndrome, she is a frequent lecturer on the subject and disability rights. The event will be moderated by WPLG’s Kristi Krueger. Admission is $72.
