An Evening with Eric Ripert + Culinary Event
Charity & Social EventsThe Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and Books & Books will host an Intimate Evening with Eric Ripert & Friends: Conversation, Autographed Book, Champagne Reception & 5-Course Dinner in Homage to Chef Ripert. A conversation with Eric Ripert and Lee Schrager will discuss Ripert’s new memoir, 32 Yolks. Following the talk will be a 5-course dinner under the direction of Chef Allen Susser, only steps away at The Café at Books & Books, Adrienne Arsht Center. Each course will be an homage to Ripert and his life’s journey as a chef, lovingly prepared by South Florida’s top chefs: Timon Balloo, Michelle Bernstein, Wolfgang Birk, Brad Kilgore and José Mendín. Tickets for the talk and culinary event are $175 per person. Talk only tickets are $40 per person, includes an autographed book.
