Books & Books’ presents an exclusive culinary event An Intimate Evening with Eric Ripert & Friends. A conversation with Eric Ripert and Lee Schrager will begin at 7:30pm in the Peacock Education Center, discussing Ripert’s new memoir, 32 Yolks. Following the talk will be a 5-course dinner under the direction of Chef Allen Susser, across the street in the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Peacock Foundation Studio. Each course will be an homage to Ripert and his life’s journey as a chef, lovingly prepared by South Florida’s top chefs: Timon Balloo, Michelle Bernstein, Wolfgang Birk, Brad Kilgore and José Mendín. Tickets are $175 per person, includes the conversation with Ripert and Schrager, an autographed copy of Ripert’s new memoir, reception and dinner with Eric Ripert & friends.
