Celebrate the Arsht Center’s 14th anniversary with the beautiful, incomparable force known as Patti LaBelle. Synonymous with grace, style, elegance and class, LaBelle is revered for versatility, with a repertoire ranging from classic rhythm and blues to pop standards and spiritual sonnets. Having sold more than 50 million records, LaBelle has enjoyed one of the longest and most lauded careers in entertainment as a recording artist, actress and best-selling author.
World renowned for her dynamic career as an entertainer and entrepreneurial success, LaBelle’s work as a humanitarian is just as legendary. She remains an advocate for adoption and prevention of diabetes, cancer and HIV/AIDS, among other causes and non-profit initiatives.
This concert is part of the Arsht Center’s annual Gala. Proceeds from the Gala will support the Arsht Center’s Arts Education and Community Engagement programs, which enrich the lives of people of all ages in Miami-Dade County.
