This October, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County turns 10. To commemorate this milestone, Miami’s home for the performing arts is inviting the entire community for an all-day birthday party with free performances, fun activities and family-friendly programming begin at 11 a.m. and continue through the late evening. Performances on the Center’s numerous stages will feature local talent spotlighting Miami’s vibrant, ever-growing artistic power. The 10th Birthday Concert featuring CeeLo Green will begin at 7:30 p.m., with local bands Spam All-Stars and Tiempo Libre opening. Concert tickets are $10. Immediately following the concert, everyone is invited to cap off the celebration with a free outdoor after-party on the Center’s Thomson Plaza for the Arts.
