The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), North Miami will host an artist reception for the solo exhibit Acta Non Verba by French-Guadeloupean artist Marielle Plaisir. Her work features paintings, drawings, textile/fiber installations and live performances. Plaisir will discuss her work and the inspirations behind each piece on display. MOCA members, North Miami residents and City employees are free; non-members and non-residents pay museum admission of $10.
