Balance on BalQony is an event that recognizes National Stress Awareness. There will be circuit-style pop up sessions by Pure Barre, The Ride Element, and The Yoga Joint. Bites and refreshments from Fitlife foods and Dr. Juice will be provided. This event will take place on Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort’s beautiful and scenic open air BalQony and Rotunda. *please bring your own yoga mat
