Save the date! On Saturday, November 7^th, Beaux Arts will celebrate its 74^th Annual Ball benefitting the Lowe Art Museum. As Miami’s longest-running and most anticipated costume ball, the 2026 event, themed “Masquerade,” will be held at The Biltmore Hotel, where guests will gather for a fun and philanthropic evening, with all proceeds benefiting free admission to the University of Miami’s Lowe Art Museum and Beaux Arts’ educational programs.

The evening will feature stunning masquerade-inspired décor, glamorous masks, and an unforgettable experience with music, dancing, and themed food and cocktails, all brought to life by a live band. Attendees’ always over-the-top costumes will steal the show during the annual costume contest. This year’s Ball is chaired by Jessica Shults-Figueroa.

Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on luxurious silent auction and raffle items in support of Beaux Arts’ mission.

As Beaux Arts celebrates its 75th anniversary, the organization recently announced its largest philanthropic commitment to date, a transformational $1.57 million Visitor Experience Endowment for the Lowe Art Museum. The gift will expand public access through extended museum hours and brings Beaux Arts’ cumulative support of the museum to more than $10 million.

For 75 years, Beaux Arts has been committed to expanding arts education, appreciation, and access throughout South Florida. Each January, the organization hosts the nationally recognized Beaux Arts Festival of Art on the University of Miami campus, welcoming more than 200 juried artists and thousands of visitors for one of Florida’s premier outdoor art festivals. Through its signature outreach initiatives, HandsOn! and the Student Artist Showcase, thousands of children from underserved communities have been introduced to the world of art. Additionally, Beaux Arts’ annual support of the Lowe Art Museum at the University of Miami allows the museum to offer free admission to all patrons year-round.

The Beaux Arts Ball was instituted in 1953 as a major fundraising event and holds the distinction of being the oldest costume ball in South Florida. Themes have ranged from “Midnight in the Jungle” and “Empire State of Mind” to “Out of This World” and “Fire & Ice,” with the creativity of guests’ costumes making each year a one-of-a-kind experience.
