This series is for begining balloon artists and DIYers striving to learn techniques through hands on, face-to-face classroom setting. This series will be every other Wednesday in a 2 hour setting. You decide to take one class or all four, it’s up to you. It starts with balloon basic decoration techniques, and skills to replicate designs and how to follow recipes.
