On February 11th, Chef Thomas Keller’s award-winning bistro, Bouchon, will honor the life and legacy of the legendary Chef Paul Bocuse with a special celebration on what would have been his birthday. The evening will feature a $150 prix-fixe menu, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the Foundation Paul Bocuse.
