Said in Zest is the latest in Elysian’s Capitol Hill Series of beers – a collection of new and old beers from Elysian’s original Capitol Hill brewhouse – and is the second of six to be released in 2017. There will be a ceremonial tapping of The Said in Zest beer with a live performance from Askultura.
