Miami Dade College’s North Campus will transform itself into a winter wonderland for its annual Children’s Holiday at North, a holiday tradition for families with children of all ages. NBC6’s Kelly Blanco will co-host the event with the arrival of Santa at 11 a.m., a holiday parade with Santa’s little helpers, Disney characters and marching bands, a 12-foot mountain of snow for sledding and live performances on three stages. See exhibits, animal shows, a petting zoo, arts and crafts and lots more. A Candy Land food court will offer food trucks and vendors with an array of treats at reasonable costs. Bring a toy to donate to needy children in the community. The event is free and open to all.
