Cochon555’s Heritage BBQ edition will bring together 5 chefs to prepare six dishes from a 200-pound heritage breed pig in one week. The dishes will be judged on utilization; global influences; cooking techniques and overall flavor. Tickets are $125 general admission or $200 for VIP which includes early admission + exclusive sommelier and cocktail competition tastings.
