This afternoon’s concert features works by visiting composer Xi Wang as well as Frost’s student concerto competition winners. The program includes Wang’s Winter Blossom, a composition dedicated to the memory of her teacher, Pulitzer Prize winning Steven Stucky. The afternoon ends with Stucky’s adaptation of Henry Purcell’s Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary.  Robert M.
