Dead Man’s Cell Phone is a quirky, surrealistic comedy by MacArthur “Genius” Grant and Pulitzer Prize finalist Sarah Ruhl. Shy, awkward Jean risks answering a dead man’s cell phone in a café. The simple act of answering someone’s phone changes her life forever! Jean is taken on a wild, Everyman’s odyssey of self-actualization, which explores morality, memory, redemption, requited love and our lack human connection caused from our fixation with modern technology. Directed by Lesley-Ann Timlick. Tickets are $13 online, $15 at the door, and $10 for FIU students.
