Join Orchestra Miami as it presents España alla Rossini, an evening of songs and compositions that explore the relationship between the Italian composer Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868) and 19th century Spain. The recital will be performed by Rossini vocal specialist Anna Tonna, mezzo-soprano and Elaine Rinaldi, piano in the beautiful Ancient Spanish Monastery. Also featured on the program will be outstanding Spanish tenor Miguel Boralloand Bailerina, Elisabet Torras Aguilera, performing in the Spanish classical dance style called “Escuela Bolera.” Tickets are $40; $30 for seniors and general admission.
